Premier Double Indent Teardrop Ornament, Pre War USA Glass Christmas Ornament, 1940s

Excellent war era Premier double indent teardrop Christmas ornament in fabulous condition. American made, circa early 1940s. Premier Glass Works created American ornaments in the 1930s-1940s with fancy shapes. This pointed lobed teardrop features a small radial floral indent on both sides. It sports beautiful wide blue and gold bands framed with white stripes over a bright silver body. The bottom is lobed and the wide pike is tall. It measures 3.25 inches tall to the top of the cap and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks with minimal wear. The pike is intact and is topped with the classic smooth Premier metal cap. This is a wonderful early USA glass Christmas ornament, a great addition to any American ornament collection.
