Vintage Heim Glass Christmas Ornament US of A Silver Pre War Ornament 1940s

Classic Santa Heim glass US of A prewar Christmas ornament, circa early 1940s. This blown glass ornament is bright silver in a tapered elongated teardrop shape. It measures 3.75 inches tall to the top of the cap and is finished with the signature Heim long loopy pontil! The pike is intact and is topped with a US of A metal cap which helps to date this to the pre-war era. It is in very good vintage condition free of chips or cracks with oxidation on part of the cap. (The dark areas in the photos are reflections in the room, they are not dark bands or blotches.) This lovely Heim will make a great addition to any American ornament collection.
